Three women charged with terrorism offences after north London raid – The Guardian

Three women, including one who was shot during a police raid and her mother, have been charged with preparing an terrorist attack and conspiracy to murder, police have said.

Rizlaine Boular, 21, and her 43-year-old mother, Mina Dich, as well as 20-year-old Khawla Barghouthi are to appear at Westminster magistrates court, central London, on Thursday morning.

Boular is accused of planning to carry out the attack, while the other two women are accused of helping her. All three have been charged with conspiracy to murder.

Boular was shot by officers at an address in north-west London. She was arrested on her discharge from hospital on 30 April, police said.

Three men, aged, 21, 16 and 28, and a 28-year-old woman were also arrested in connection with the investigation, which was handled by Scotland Yard’s counter-terrorism command. Police said they have all now been released from custody.
